By submitting artwork to the Da Vinci Eye app you (the submitter) are granting permission for Cube MG LLC (owner of Da Vinci Eye) to use your artwork in social media posts across our portfolio of social media accounts, for any social features that may be used in the Da Vinci Eye app now or in the future, and for any marketing materials to help promote Da Vinci Eye.
Da Vinci Eye claims no ownership to your artwork and will not sell or distributed your artwork other than in the ways expressed above.
If your artwork is ever used for any reason you will be credited with creating the art in a way that is apparent, reasonable, and visible. The credit will be given using the provided identifiable information that is given during the process of submitting artwork.
Should you want credited information change you can contact us through the feedback button in the Da Vinci Eye app or through the contact form on DaVinciEyeApp.com.
Should you wish to have your artwork removed from any marketing material, social media posts, or from being displayed within the app, you can contact us through the feedback button in the Da Vinci Eye app or through the contact form on DaVinciEyeApp.com.
The artwork that is selected to be used is at the complete discretion of Cube MG LLC. The submitter has no legal right to demand that their artwork be used. Cube MG LLC has no obligation to respond to why a submission has not been used.
You are not allowed to submit any artwork that you do not have the legal authority to redistribute. This includes artwork of any subject that may be trademarked, copyrighted, or otherwise legally protected from redistribution.
If the submitted artwork contains an identifiable person that is not the submitter themselves, you must be able to provide a written letter of consent from the person whose likeness appears in your artwork or the legal entity representing the person who appears in your artwork. The letter must expressly state that you can use that identifiable person’s likeness in your artwork and that Cube MG LLC has the right to redistribute it in the ways listed in paragraph 1.
All artwork must be created by you, the person submitting the artwork.
No artwork will be selected that is fact not artwork related to drawing, painting, or other two dimensional mediums.
Nothing may be submitted that is not reasonably considered artwork.
Nothing may be submitted that suggests or implies any type of illegal, hateful, or harmful subject matter.
Cube MG LLC is not responsible for verifying that submissions meet the above criteria. Cube MG LLC reserves the right to disable your account permanently and take legal action against you for any monetary damages that Cube MG LLC may have or expects to incur due to your violation of any of the above conditions that comes from your registered account.
Changes to This Terms and Conditions
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
